WHAT VEHICLES DO YOU SERVICE?

At Prestige Mobile Servicing, we provide top notch maintenance service for all types of vehicles. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A MINOR SERVICE?
A minor service on the modern vehicle consists of changing the engine oil and filter, pressure testing the vehicle’s cooling system, inspection of brake condition and adjustment of handbrake, inspect the condition of all hoses and belts, top up all other fluid levels as required, full safety inspection and report on the vehicle’s vital components. We will also vacuum, clean your windows and wipe down your dash and interior, free of charge.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT SERVICE MY VEHICLE ON THE SPOT?
In some cases, your vehicle may have to go to a workshop for repairs. In this situation, I have arranged agreements with reliable workshops on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane to access a workshop and we will take your vehicle there and return it to your home at no extra charge.
WHAT AREAS WILL YOU SERVICE?
All of Gold Coast from Byron Bay to Pimpama, and north to the Brisbane River. We work from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However, being mobile gives us the flexibility to sometimes work outside of these hours, so if you require an appointment outside of these times just contact Prestige Mobile Servicing and we will try my best to accommodate.
DO YOU WORK REGARDLESS OF WEATHER?
We are able to work outside in most weather conditions, obviously in some certain conditions (e.g.: heavy rain/hail) we may require a workshop to complete the work.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE WORK YOU DO?
We have mobile EFTPOS facilities, and we accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
ARE OIL CHANGES REALLY THAT IMPORTANT?
One of the biggest problems we see with modern vehicles is the owners not changing the engine oil often enough, this causes the engine oil to sludge and it can block vital oil galleries inside your engine or block the oil pick up which can cause your engine to run out of oil pressure and badly damaging it. We recommend servicing your vehicle every 7,500 kilometres to avoid this issue, and it is always good to inspect all the other safety components of your vehicle at the same time to find any small issues before they become big problems.
